1. Service

PickClue (pickclue.com) is operated by Keenvo Tech OÜ, registered in Estonia (17457927), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"). Advertising, traffic acquisition, and monetization services are provided by ActiveView OÜ, registered in Estonia (16639782), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, Tallinn 10615, Harju, Estonia. By using PickClue you agree to these terms.

PickClue publishes free editorial articles about choosing and adopting pets and offers simple tools, such as fit quizzes, adoptable-pet search with listings from partner organizations, and alerts by email or push notification. The content is for general education only, is provided as-is, and is not veterinary or professional advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian and your local shelter or rescue for decisions about a specific animal. We may update or remove content and tools at any time.

PickClue is not a shelter or rescue. Listings come from third parties and may be incomplete or out of date, and adoption decisions, fees, and contracts are between you and the rescue or shelter.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use PickClue.

3. Plans and billing

Reading PickClue is free, and our core tools are free to use. Some tools offer optional paid plans; the price, what is included, and whether the plan renews are shown before you pay. One-time passes do not renew. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal linked in the tool; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe. The site is also supported by advertising, including optional sponsored videos in some tools.

4. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, republish, resell, or automate bulk access to our content or to listing data without permission. We may restrict access that abuses the site or its infrastructure.

6. Disclaimer

Information on PickClue may not apply to your individual situation and can become outdated as research evolves. Quiz results, fit guidance, and listings are general guidance, not a guarantee about any individual animal. We make no warranty that the content is complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You rely on it at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickClue and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of PickClue after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to the use of PickClue, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.
